摘要: In this communication we present our first results on ultra-fast laser sintering of oxide ceramics employing a CO2 as the heating source. The Bi4Ti3O12 (BIT) and Bi4Ge3O12 (BGO) compounds were synthesized following solid state route in air atmosphere. Cylindrical ceramic bodies with 12 mm diameter 2 thickness shaped sintered under irradiation. X-ray diffraction calcined powders confirmed presence single phase each investigated systems. maximum power required to process showed have strong dependency strategy used for microstructure analysis samples, performed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), revealed high efficiency process. some cases could verify that occurred until depth 1mm, indicating feasibility obtaining whole.
