摘要: The bismuth titanate (Bi4Ti3O12) or BTO nanopowder was synthesized from the combustion method and fabricated a microstrip rectangular patch antenna (MPA). crystal structure lattice spacing of were evaluated XRD, TEM, SAED analysis. (annealed at 900 °C) observed to be orthorhombic phase with fcc lattice. microstructure nanoparticles confirmed spherical hexagonal shapes, which slightly agglomerated due lack stabilizing surfactants. presence weak wide bands in Raman spectrum quantified mechanical compressions uniform directions elongated constants tensions constriction crystalline titanate. To fabricate MPA, pellets prepared by applying uniaxial pressure dimension 1.5 mm thickness 8 mm diameter. These formed densely packed close theoretical density. coercivity remanence polarization ceramics increased as applied field increased. inexpensive synthesis showed high dielectric constant (e′ = 450) low loss (tanδ = 0.98), has potential implication cost-effectiveness miniaturized microelectronics. measurements are found suitable for wireless communication systems.
