摘要: A method for passivating acid-cleaned ferrous metal surfaces is disclosed. The features the use of an aqueous solution having a pH greater than about 8, comprising base, oxygen containing gas, and one hydrazine, iron complexing agent mixtures thereof, wherein comprises contacting surface with at temperatures up to 400° F or greater.
