摘要: Abstract Steroid levels in follicular fluid (FF) obtained from stimulated ovaries patients undergoing vitvo fertilization (IVF) were measured by capillary gas chromatography. The correlation between these and the maturity of oocyte, judged morphology oocyte corona cumulus complex (OCCC) fertilizability oocytes was analysed. Oocyte associated with higher FF progesterone, 17-hydroxyprogesterone, 16α-hydroxyprogesterone 20α-dihydroprogesterone. Follicular fluids containing that became fertilized had significantly 20α-dihydroprogesterone progesterone lower androstenedione. Of all steroids determined, provides most significant group differences. Enhanced 20α-dihydrogenation presence decreased 16α- 17-hydroxylation appears to be an important characteristic ultimate ripening stages early luteinization, at least cycles.
