摘要: The present work discusses the effects of university culture and structure on university–business relations, focusing knowledge transfer activities. It puts forward thesis that when links between business are introduced into system as a turn-key proposition rather than developmental process, prevailing will exert resistance against change oppose creation appropriate structures to promote them, with deleterious for university.
