Immunohistochemistry showed rates 78.21% 23.08% carcinoma tissue, respectively. blot results significantly higher than tissues (P 0.05). cells transfected siRNA had lower (P<0.01) a number passed through Transwell chamber compared non-transfected controls control group (P<0.01). is associated knockdown provided for potential treatment strategies
