摘要: Abstract Lymphocyte cultures from 42 pesticide applicators and 16 controls were scrutinized for chromosomal aberrations during the midwinter ebb in spraying operations, again peak summer period of intense activity. Cultures prepared exposed individuals heavy showed a marked increase frequency chromatid lesions. This trend was especially noticeable among workers primarily to herbicides. A few exchange figures also noted group. Also discussed is need better methods estimating potential mutagenic threat, if any, such observed clastogenicity.
