摘要: The prevalence of food allergy is increasing over the last decades. role vitamin D in prevention has been largely investigated. Its on physiology calcium and bone known, but calcitriol (active form D) also influences epithelial cells, T B macrophages, dendritic cells. Almost all cells adaptive immune system express receptor, making them capable being responsive. Specifically considering potential vitamins allergy, shown to affect several mechanisms that promote immunologic tolerance, including regulatory cell function induction tolerogenic target our review evaluate children. There are contradictory data relationship among deficiency developing allergy. Some studies associate lower exposure sunlight allergy; other hand, further research found higher levels could increase likelihood allergic sensitization Therefore, there an urgent need for well-planned randomized controlled trials supplementation, with particular regard beyond metabolism not fully understood.
