摘要: Summary The pleural space is a rare site of primary non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Cases have been linked to chronic inflammation often secondary tuberculosis. We report case large B cell lymphoma the cavity occurring in an immunocompetent patient with no history tuberculosis or suppurative lung disease presenting radiological features consistent mesothelioma. This highlights important diagnostic pitfalls diagnosis suspected conclude that all such cases definitive histological should always be sought.
