摘要: This study expands on the work of Huerta et al. (2008) by reexamining relationship between professional development and teacher leadership using more comprehensive measures each. By confirming al’s finding that Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) is a significant predictor leadership, current indicates AVID does in fact support educators with quality which helps them become apt their abilities. Even experienced teachers continue to develop as leaders they receive additional development. Outcomes this are expected benefit school leaders, teachers, personnel, district level administrators staff developers, policy‐makers interested reform effort.
