摘要: Evolution of the Gilbert damping enhancement in Al-doped Finemet (Al-F) films due to wedge-shaped Pt (0 – 7 nm) capping layer was observed using a broadband ferromagnetic resonance technique. The evolves from clusters continuous when its nominal thickness dPt > 1.5 nm. for discontinuous changes with different way than expected backflow spin currents and is accompanied shift field Al-F covered by clusters. data are analyzed terms mixing conductance spin-orbit coupling.
