The role of the non-magnetic material in spin pumping and magnetization dynamics in NiFe and CoFeB multilayer systems

摘要: We present a study of the effective magnetization Meff and damping parameter αeff by means ferromagnetic resonance spectroscopy on (FM) materials Ni81Fe19 (NiFe) Co40Fe40B20 (CoFeB) in FM/Pt, FM/NM, FM/NM/Pt systems with non-magnetic (NM) Ru, Cr, Al, MgO. Moreover, for NiFe layer systems, influence interface effects is studied way thickness dependent measurements αeff. Additionally, spin pumping NiFe/NM/Pt investigated inverse Hall effect (ISHE) measurements. observe large dependence films adjacent NM layer. While Cr Al do not induce change magnetic properties, Pt, MgO affect different degrees.
