摘要: Hiltner (1904) recognized the rhizosphere as volume of soil in immediate vicinity roots which is predominantly affected by activity plants. The differs from surrounding most physicochemical factors and this along with rhizoplane (i.e., root surface) colonized a wide range microorganisms. number these microorganisms per gram much larger compared bulk soil. This increased microbial can be ascribed to exudates, sloughed senescent cells mucigel, have been described rhizodeposition (Gams 1992).
