摘要: The composition of an arginine-glycerol-salt medium (AGS), suitable for the selective isolation aerobic actinomycetes, was given. When soil samples were treated with calcium carbonate and plated on AGS medium, higher total relative plate counts actinomycetes obtained than when other media methods used.
