摘要: Early vascular invasion is a key factor in bone allograft incorporation. It may reduce the complications related to slow and incomplete integration. Bone-marrow-derived stromal stem cells associated with platelet-rich plasma are potent angiogenic inducers proven release endothelial growth factor. Our goal was test whether combination of able increase massive integration large animal model sacrifice at 4 months. A critical defect made mid-diaphysis metatarsal 10 sheep; study group received an plus cells, plasma, collagen (six animals) control only (four animals). Investigation done radiographs, mechanical tests histomorphometric analysis, including new vascularization. Results showed substantial formation group. Bone correlated better remodeling graft These results confirm role played by repair. Further studies needed define play when implanted alone.
