摘要: Sperm chromosomes from 15 fertile men were analyzed after fusion of their spermatozoa with zona-free hamster eggs. The total proportion abnormal metaphases as well the proportions aneuploidy and structural aberrations calculated for every man examined linear correlations [1] sperm morphology [2] age persons studied. A positive correlation between cytogenetic parameters percentage was not evident, suggesting that assessment cannot be used an indicator chromosomal damage in human spermatozoa. In contrast, there a more distinct donors three
