摘要: The evagination of Drosophila imaginal discs is a classic system for studying tissue level morphogenesis. Evagination involves dramatic change in morphology and published data argue that this mediated by cell shape changes. We have reexamined the both leg wing find process rearrangement divisions take place during process. number cells across width ptc domain omb decreased as extended we observed to be common period. In addition, almost half region examined divided between 4 8 h after white prepupae formation. Interestingly, these were not typically oriented parallel axis elongation. Our observations show disc multiple cellular behaviors, case many other morphogenetic processes.
