摘要: High-quality implementation of evidence-based interventions is important for program effectiveness and influenced by training quality assurance (QA). However, gaps in the literature contribute to a lack guidance on supervision practice settings, particularly when significant adaptations programs occur. We examine QA relationship fidelity among organizations delivering widely disseminated HIV counseling testing EBI which occurred due new technology. Using maximum variation case study approach, we examined with high- low-fidelity (agencies: 3 = high; low). identified themes that distinguished agencies. For example, high-fidelity agencies more often employed team approach training; demonstrated use effective strategies; leveraged identify adjust fit problems, including challenges related adaptations; understood distinctions between RESPECT other programs. The associations were strong straightforward, whereas was complex. Public health needs high-quality approaches can address adaptations. findings reinforced value using strategies. Future work should methods increasing through QA, set strategies maximize feasible implement, low-cost supplemental options.
