摘要: Die medikamentose Behandlung von Vorhofflimmern (AF) basiert auf der Therapie Grundkrankheit und eingeschrankter Hamodynamik wird durch die antiarrhythmische erganzt. Entscheidung fur Rhythmus- oder Frequenzkontrolle muss individuell erfolgen. Alle Patienten mit nicht sicher stabilem Sinusrhythmus bedurfen einer Thrombembolieprophylaxe. Neue Medikamente zur Rhythmusstabilisierung Antikoagulation stehen vor Zulassung. Mit zunehmend sichereren Katheterablation werden vermehrt kurative Therapieansatze zum Einsatz kommen.
