摘要: Abstract. The in vitro bacteriostatic activity of a combination sulphadiazine (SDZ) and trimethoprim (TMP) against representative bacterial fish pathogens was studied. In general, the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) TMP were much smaller than comparable values for SDZ. When SDZ combined, effect enhanced synergistic manner all bacteria tested except Pseudomonas fluorescens. synergism most remarkable case strains that sensitive to action alone. This degree observed when ratios range 1:1 io 5:1. MIC plus combined less 3.13 μg/ml resistant as low 0.2 0.78 μ/ml strains. possible usefulness these two compounds therapy or control disease is discussed.
