Fifty eyes 44 (group A) suturing anterior posterior flaps (H-flap) sac curvilinear whereas in 38 35 B) DCR was performed only (U-flap) W incision. Results. The success rate evaluated according to patency scar assessment scores. Patency achieved 78 (88.6%). In terms groups, (88.0%) group A 34 (89.5%) B. There no statistically significant difference rates between groups. Further, there concerning cutaneous Conclusion. Our suggests that anastomoses or both have similar rates; is easier perform shortens operative time. addition, a reasonable alternative for reducing formation.
