摘要: Aldoxime–nitrile pathway is one of the important routes carbon and nitrogen metabolism in many life forms a key interface for plant–microbe interactions. This starts with transformation amino acids to aldoximes, which are converted nitriles later ultimately hydrolyzed ammonia. Understanding engineering enzymes involved this viz. cytochrome P450/CYP79, aldoxime dehydratase, nitrilase, nitrile hydratase, amidase hydroxynitrile lyase, presents unprecedented opportunities biocatalysis green chemistry. Co-expressing these prokaryotic eukaryotic microbial hosts tailoring their properties i.e. activity, specificity, stability enantioselectivity may lead develop sustainable bioprocesses synthesis industrially nitriles, amides acids.
