摘要: Abstract Ca 2+ regulates cell differentiation and morphogenesis in a diversity of organisms dysregulation signal transduction pathways leads to many cellular pathologies. In Dictyostelium induces ecmB expression stalk vitro . Here we have analyzed the pattern intact bisected slugs effect agents that affect levels or antagonize calmodulin (CaM) on this pattern.
