摘要: Water shortage resulting from both natural conditions and human activities has been proved to be a bottleneck that chokes development in arid semiarid regions. Systems analysis provides an effective way of clarifying conflicts between water supply demand. In this study, arid/semiarid region management (ASRWM) model is developed for sound planning resources system. The proposed founded on interval-fuzzy multiobjective programing (IFMOP) effectively reflecting complexities the study system expediently facilitating solution model. Member-ship functions modeling objectives constraints are formulated reflect uncertainties different components their interrelationships.
