摘要: A cDNA library from the human hepatoma cell line Hep G2 was prepared in expression vector lambda gt11. Using specific antibodies, a clone containing entire coding sequence for asialoglycoprotein receptor isolated and sequenced. The deduced amino acid of 291 residues is very homologous to major protein rat. comparison shows that there no significant post-translational processing leader sequence, cleaved or uncleaved, at terminus. An internal signal probably membrane-spanning segment, 41-59, assumed direct insertion carboxyl-terminal ligand binding portion across endoplasmic reticulum membrane.
