摘要: Our understanding of epigenetic mechanisms important for embryonic vascular development and cardiovascular differentiation is still in its infancy. Although molecular analyses, including massive genome sequencing and/or vitro/in vivo targeting specific gene sets, has led to the identification multiple factors involved stemness maintenance or early processes layers specification, very little known about commitment lineages. The object this review will be outline state art field trace perspective therapeutic consequences studies aimed at elucidating fundamental networks. Special attention paid emerging role nitric oxide field.
