摘要: Abstract The far-infrared spectra of Ge 10 Se 90− x Te where = 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 glassy alloys were measured in the wavenumber region 50–650 cm −1 at room temperature. results explained terms vibrations isolated molecular units. addition 90 has shown appearance GeTe 2 and 4 units Se–Te bond as 8− mixed rings. assignment various absorption bands been made on basis pure Se, binary Ge–Se, Ge–Te, ternary Ge–Se–Te alloys. transmission spectrum found to shift a little towards lower side with content . Ge–Se system replacing reduce Se–Se bonds leads formation Se–Te, Ge–Te Te–Te bonds.
