摘要: The management of patients with “locally advanced rectal cancer” (LARC) has evolved a paradigm shift from postoperative to preoperative, because preoperative chemoradiation (CRT) improves local control and causes less acute late treatment-related toxicity compared postoperative. Hence, long-course CRT is considered standard strategy in much Europe the USA.
