摘要: We have examined the effects of crude polysaccharides isolated from Solanum nigrum Linne (SNL-P) in vitro and vivo against U14 cervical cancer. SNL-P showed no antiproliferative at a dose up to 1 mg/ml. In administration with (90, 180, 360 mg/kg b.w., p.o.) decreased number ascites tumor cells prolonged survival time cervical-cancer-bearing mice. FACScan flow cytometer analysis that most were arrested G2/M phase cell cycle ratio CD4+/CD8+ peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subpopulations restored following treatment SNL-P. Furthermore, also caused significant increment IFN-gamma (p < 0.01, 90, 180 b.w.) remarkable decrease Il-4 b.w.; p 0.05, by method ELISA. These data possess potent antitumor activity might exert via activation different immune responses host rather than directly attacking cancer on bearing Thus, could be used as an immunomodulator anticancer agent.
