摘要: Motor overflow refers to involuntary movement or muscle activity that may coincide with voluntary movement. This study examined factors influencing motor in 17 children (8-11 years), and adults (18-35 years). Participants performed a finger pressing task by exerting either 33% 66% of their maximal force output using dominant non-dominant hand. Attention was manipulated tactile stimulation one both hands. Overflow relative the target greater compared adults, at lower for groups, but not influenced attentional stimulation. Childhood when left-hand task. Although an immature system underlie inability suppress movement, childhood provide stabilization.
