摘要: We have tested the hypothesis that ingestion of neem-based products increases mortality Apis mellifera foragers and larvae. For this purpose, we conducted bioassays in which bees different ages were submitted to neem concentrations. Foragers treated with two concentrations a product (120 mg a.i./l 480 mg a.i./l) mixed water sugar solution (syrup). The larvae reared vitro larval diet (60 mg 120 mg a.i./l). Neem increased bees, effects dependent on age concentration. higher concentration had reduced survival rate comparing other treatments.
