摘要: AIM: To compare a composite technique of Endoscopic Dacrocystorhinostomy with the conventional technique. METHODS: A randomised prospective study was carried in department Otolaryngology Maulana Azad Medical College. Thirty patient selected for DCR were divided into two groups, one which underwent and other group treated newer using cautery, cold instrumentation laser at different steps DCR. The patients followed up Nine months. RESULTS/CONCLUSION: By we able to achieve success rate around 94% this as compared 83.3% surgery.
