摘要: Objective The objective of this study was to investigate whether follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), anti-Mullerian (AMH) and inhibin B could be useful in predicting the ovarian response gonadotrophin stimulation assisted reproduction patients who are considered poor responders. Design Prospective study. Setting Fertility unit. Sample Blood samples were collected on day five or six early follicular phase an untreated menstrual cycle. Samples from 69 patients. Methods Serum assayed for FSH, AMH using commercial immunoassay kits. Main outcome measures Response number eggs collected. Results Among patients, 52 completed IVF cycle 17 had cancel because stimulation. Mean FSH levels significantly higher (P < 0.05) cancelled group (10.69 ± 2.27 mIU/mL) compared with cycle-completed (7.89 0.78 mIU/mL). lower 0.01) (0.175 0.04 ng/mL) (1.13 0.2 ng/mL). 0.001) (70 12.79 pg/mL) (126.9 8.8 pg/mL). Predictive statistics show that is best single marker combination modestly better than marker. Linear regression analysis shows although (r= 0.25, P 0.35, have a significant linear association collected, has greatest 0.69, among parameters measured. Conclusion In particular combined markers improved prediction.
