Guidelines for seizure management in palliative care: Proposal for an updated clinical practice model based on a systematic literature review.

摘要: Abstract Introduction Very little has been written on seizure management in palliative care (PC). Given this situation, and considering the forthcoming setting up of Palliative Care Unit at our neurorehabilitation centre, Clinica San Vicente, we decided to establish a series guidelines use antiepileptic drugs (AEDs) for handling seizures PC. Methods We conducted literature search PubMed identify articles, recent manuals, clinical practice PC published by most relevant scientific societies.
