摘要: The focus of care for patients with brain metastases will always be on therapeutic options such as surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy. However, proper symptom management supportive non-therapeutic issues equally important, including treatment seizures, use anticonvulsants, corticosteroids, gastric acid inhibitors, assessment swallowing dysfunction, thromboembolic events, appropriate safe application anticoagulation, evaluation psychiatric issues. Appropriate these aspects patient improve overall quality life allow the family to more easily concentrate treatment.
