摘要: Constriction of 1 renal artery in combination with disruption the carotid sinus nerves resulted moderate chronic hypertension dogs. Hypertension persisted at same level some animals after removal kidney year later, while others blood pressure decreased somewhat though not to prehypertensive control level. Narrowing without nerve did lead significant hypertension. Disruption alone, on other hand, produced mild artery, if performed several months disruption, further increased these animals. Tests function by occlusion reflex common carotids indicated a return which were only crushed. despite function. Tetraethylammonium choride given intravenously combined sinus-unilateral hypertensive dogs decrease similar that normal Glomerular filtration rate and plasma flow decreased, fraction 3 following production type
