摘要: Purpose: To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy, complications, and therapeutic impact of CT-guided percutaneous core biopsies pulmonary lesions. Material Methods: Seventy-nine patients underwent lesions between July 1995 March 1999. Evaluation included corresponding clinical data, pathologic results, consequences. Results: There were 29 benign 50 malignant lesions. Percutaneous biopsy had an overall accuracy 95%. For lesions, was positive in 48 (sensitivity 96%), for 27 93%). no false-positive findings. Pneumothoraces observed 19 (24%) 4 them required a chest drain (5%). hematothoraces or major bleeding complications; however, postinterventional local hemorrhages 23 (29%). No hemoptysis noted. Conclusion: offer excellent both at low complication rate.
