摘要: In the last decades, computational techniques have become valuable tools for research of biological systems. They are applied to biochemistry, immunology, pharmacology, etc. Regarding antimicrobial agents, search new medicaments or pharmacological strategies is fully justified because different reasons such as emergence resistance and drug interactions, particularly in immunocompromised patients. this work we proposed update knowledge about application methods on natural antifungal compounds. We searched scientific findings through electronic databases according pertinence relevance information. Then, analyzed selected articles order organize information items set schedules. updated silico studies regarding already known agents. Data were then placed a context molecular targets, mechanisms therapeutic toxic effects, well their reversion, with special focus human mycoses. Thus, review summarized important contributions bioinformatics design discovery potential agents.  also integrated data related pharmacology other disciplines provide framework findings.
