摘要: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects on intraocular pressure (IOP) lidocaine or diazepam administered intravenously (IV) before induction anesthesia with propofol–atracurium and orotracheal intubation in normal dogs, as well IOP applied topically larynx after propofol–atracurium. We randomly assigned 32 random-source obtained from municipal pounds, receive following: lidocaine, 2 mg/kg IV, saline, 0.1 mL/kg (LIDOsal); (SALlido); (Valium), 0.25 (VALsal); (SALsal). measured arterial directly, by means an indwelling catheter placed a peripheral artery. Anesthesia induced propofol, 8 until loss jaw tone, followed atracurium, 0.3 IV. triplicate each eye premedication, induction, intubation, intubation. After significantly increased except VALsal group, which lower than negative-control group elevated all groups compared values induction. Cardiovascular parameters were essentially similar groups, for significant increase blood SALlido group. Thus, causes that is blunted diazepam. However, does not blunt observed
