摘要: Summary Mitral valve regurgitation (MVR) is a common valvular disease in dogs. Hydrokinetic evaluation of the blood flow within ventricles has become possible by vector mapping (VFM), which shows and vortex flows. Blood left ventricle MVR dogs was compared at different stages to that normal 14 40 clinical cases were used. Echocardiographic videos collected vectors vortexes analysed VFM analysis using software. In diastole, reversal formed observed around anterior leaflet mitral control group. dogs, addition that, reversed also ventricular free-wall Vortexes along Posterior Wall (PWv). As became more severe, PWv occupied wider range; however, it not outflow tract, suggesting occurs lower transfer effectiveness. Controlling effectiveness may be considered alleviate exacerbation heart failure caused MVR.
