摘要: The UV spectra of the water steam extracts (WSEs), not that conventional rehmanniae sample itself, during procedure processing radix were measured. raw spectral data preprocessed by continuous wavelet transform (CWT) for elimination noise and enhancement resolution, independent components (ICs) estimated kernel ICA (KICA) from CWT coefficient matrix. results show ICs samples different producing areas are similar, their change trends also similar. ICs' relative concentrations gradually decreasing or increasing at initial 1 h to 14 then tend stable after 16 h. Based on variation concentrations, endpoint can be determined 15 h, while sensory analysis is 20 made operators. proposed UV-CWT-KICA method WSE provides an alternative relatively inexpensive approach determination traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) procedure.
