摘要: Guyon's canal at the wrist is not common site of ulnar nerve compression. Ganglion, lipoma, anomalous tendon and muscles, trauma related to an occupation, arthritis, carpal bone fracture can cause compression wrist. However, by vascular lesion rare. Ulnar artery aneurysm, tortous artery, hemangioma, thrombosis have been reported in literature as lesions. The authors experienced a case arteriovenous malformation (AVM) patient's symptom was improved after surgical resection. We easily predict canal. if there obvious etiology, we should consider another possible etiology.
