摘要: Aims To determine the effect of intravenous administration nicorandil on slow coronary flow (SCF) phenomenon in patients undergoing percutaneous intervention (PCI). Methods and results In a preliminary study, 6 mg showed optimal efficacy for vasodilatation without causing significant haemodynamic instability. main total 408 were randomly assigned to receive immediately before PCI. The number group was 206 [acute syndrome (ACS): 47, non-ACS: 159] that control 202 (ACS: 61, 141). Nicorandil significantly decreased incidence post-procedural SCF both ACS non-ACS groups. rate target vessel revascularization (TVR) lower than patients. Conclusion Our simple procedure prevented not only with but also any adverse effect. Additionally our reduced TVR ACS.
