摘要: Clear cell meningioma is a rare disorder. We report two cases of nondura-based clear the cauda equina, one in 24-year-old male and other 19-year-old female. Both patients had complained numbness spontaneous pain lower back limbs for several months. Magnetic resonance imaging computed tomography scanning revealed an intradural tumor equina each case. At surgery, neurilemoma was suspected, because tumors displaced nerve roots attached to without any adherence dura. Light microscopy that both were well-demarcated with thin capsule consisted mainly clear, glycogen-rich, polygonal cells vague whorl formations, copious deposits hyalinized blocky collagen stroma perivascular areas. The neoplastic immunopositive vimentin epithelial membrane antigen, but immunonegative S-100 protein chromogranin A. Positive nuclei MIB-1 very few cases, PCNA-labeling indices 12.1% 24.7%, respectively. No local recurrence has been seen 61 months 52 months,
