摘要: Culturable microorganisms from various samples taken at an active factory performing wool and goat hair cleaning were isolated analyzed. Bacillus anthracis was found in air filter dust, wastewater, hairs, where it accounted for approximately 1% of the total counts viable bacteria. Consistent with countries origin processed material (South Caucasian Middle Eastern), all B. isolates belonged to same phylogenetic cluster, as determined by variable-number tandem repeat (VNTR) typing eight loci. Within this five closely related VNTR subtypes could be identified, which two previously unreported. Additional diversity observed when more sensitive genetic markers assayed, demonstrating multifocal nature contamination. Goat originating areas anthrax is endemic remains a high biological risk modern woolworkers.
