摘要: Protocols are described for control of the electroosmotic flow in microfabricated channels Vivak copolyester. Alkaline hydrolysis surface ionizable groups alone or such combination with dynamic coating cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) is shown to provide reproducible flows. Dynamic CTAB can be used eliminate electroosmosis reverse its direction, depending on concentration employed.
