摘要: Thirty-two different microorganisms were examined in order to check their ability degrade an exogenous DNA. Bacteria from species: Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, Brevundimonas diminuta, Bacillus subtilis, Mycobacterium butyricum and fungus Fusarium moniliforme capable DNA nucleic bases or derivatives. Degradation of by S. maltophilia resulted formation free bases, such as hypoxanthine, thymine, uracil xanthine. The optimum concentration seemed be 3 mg ml(-1). mode degradation nucleotides depended on the type nucleotide its concentration, but derivatives always formed at end reaction process.
