摘要: Technologies are generally described for reducing overall power consumption of a wireless network such as cellular through spectrum trading. According to some examples, may be shared between primary base stations (PBSs) and secondary (SBSs) reduce PBSs increase the spectral efficiency networks. A PBS share portion its licensed bandwidth with SBSs, provide data services users (Pus) within SBSs' coverage area. Due their proximity PUs, SBSs satisfy PUs' quality service (QoS) requirements by utilizing allocated bandwidth. Thus, offloading PUs SBSs. Because typically use lower compared PBS, reduced well.
