摘要: The main challenge in green communications is to effectively and efficiently utilize the radio resources, particularly energy spectrum. Hence, cognitive technology introduced with ability of allowing secondary users (SUs) share a band spectrum which not fully exploited by primary (PUs). Power control one components technology, only ensure that SUs transmit sufficient power achieve satisfactory quality services (QoS) without excessive interference other SUs, but also need alleviate negative effects PUs. In this paper, Nash-based game (NPCG) together novel mitigation algorithm (IMA) are proposed for trade off their QoS better efficiency. weighting constant IMA plays vital role produced so it always below temperature threshold. Simulation results show NPCG incorporated can rapid convergence, provide good tradeoff between
