摘要: The aim of this study was; timing prostaglandin F2 alpha (PG) injections for the controlled inseminations in cows by rapid progesterone test (RPT) within post calving 50-60 days, pregnancy determination on breeding 21st days RPT and fertility comparisons ofthe PG treatment spontan estrous groups during trial. Total 60 Holstein cows, between 3-10 ages, randomly sampled from Polatli Bala official farms (TIGEM) were included study. starting 50.60th divided into 3 groups, each having 20 cows. estrouses inseminated after controls first group. Second group cloprostenol (500 mcg, i.m.), initial diagnosis 5-15th sexuel cycle milk samples. last two eleven apart, again with RPT. Moreover, quantitave EIA tests performed 80 samples as a gold standart. either or injected, artificially. Pregnancy determinations peformed day 60-90 rectal examination. Diagnosing rate symptoms 100% result quantitative results parallel test. While correct at level luteal phase estrous, pozitive pregnacy only 50% former HPT results. In control EIA, 5 low other similar to standart 11 no CL their ovaries before injections, this number was 6 second injections. results, performing showed 85, 50 70% 1st, 2nd 3rd respectively, rates according 88, 85% respectively. Early embryonic loses may be cause decreasing examination dates. As conclusion, 50th could use deciding With better synchronization obtained respect single injection
